Mountain biking

Alan will be leading the mountain bike rides

WHEN: Tuesdays

START: 6PM (meet 5:45PM)

WHERE: Various locations - stay tuned

TIME: 1 to 2HRS

**Intermediate riders and above**. Must be self sufficient (tubes, tire levers, food, hydration etc) If you have any other questions then call 250-597-0097


We are using Spond to coordinate our mountain bike rides. For best results install the app and enter the code for Cycle TherapyClick here



Road Rides

Julie will be leading our roads rides 

WHEN: Wednesdays 

START: 5:30PM (start the ride)

WHERE: At Cycle Therapy

DISTANCE: Between 25km to 40km (1.5 to 2 hours)

AVERAGE PACE: Between 20 to 25km/hr

While we do try to accommodate everyone there is a certain pace that needs to be maintained. These are no-drop rides. Please be respectful to people who are not as fit or fast as you. 

It's a great way to meet other riders and learn the area

**Road rides will be cancelled if it is raining**
