The Cowichan Valley has great mountain biking with three mountains to choose from. Mt. Tzouhalem, Maple Mountain and Mt. Prevost. With these three mountains so close there is something for everybody.
If the hybrid electric bike is more you style you can rent one and ride to Lake Cowichan or go to the world famous Kinsol Trestle.

- Any repairs or damage will be charged at the shop rate
- **May only be ridden within the Cowichan Valley area. NO BIKEPARKS.
- Must sign waiver and leave credit card details with valid identification details
- $50.00 non-refundable deposit, per bike, is required at the time of booking
