We pride ourselves on quality service work at Cycle Therapy and are equipped to perform anything from a suspension overhaul or keeping your cherished road bike or daily commuter in proper shape.  A TREK certified service center as well as a certified Shimano Service Center, our mechanics have a combined total of over 40 years of experience riding and fixing bikes. They can work on any brand of bike, so bring yours in, we'll give you an estimate and get it back to you as soon as possible. We have an extensive range of parts in stock and we can certainly special order most other items and get them in within a week.

Tune-Up Package Options

For the most comprehensive service and the best value, we recommend choosing one of our complete tune-up packages. We also offer a la carte bike repairs if you're in need of a minor fix or adjustment. We strive to complete your bike service quickly and accurately. Revitalize your bike’s performance and ward off mechanical issues with a detailed clean, comprehensive lubrication, and precise adjustments to all critical components.

  • Wheels trued in truing stand
  • Complete bike Clean (drive-train not included)

All bearing points checked and adjusted (hubs, bottom bracket, headset)

No extra labour for ALL service parts replacements (brake pads, cables, chain, cassette etc)

 
Recommended service interval: Every 50 hours of ride time

Level 3

$180 (parts not inc.)

Level 2, plus:

Bike stripped to bare frame and inspected

Drive-train & derailliurs bathed in parts washer and lubed

Full overhaul of suspension is extra and will be sent to SRAM or Suspension Werx
 
Recommended service interval: Every 100 hours of ride time
