February is Heart Health Month. 

So...why ride a bike? 
Here are FIVE GOOD REASONS.

  2. Riding a bike Burns Calories. (Steady cycling burns approximately 300 calories per hour and since it helps build muscle, cycling also boosts your metabolic rate long after you’ve finished your ride.);

  4. Cycling Adds Years to your Life;
  5. Riding a Bicycle Reduces Stress (because it's so much fun!).
